Help! Freaky 2nd gear only rev-limiter problem...
Help! Freaky 2nd gear only rev-limiter problem... It seems my 2nd gear rev limiter is set ~ 6250 but all of the others are fine (6800). Has anyone had this happen before? I've verified that it is set at 6800 in ls1 edit, and reflashed it even. WTF?!?! It has been fine for months, but i *think* it started when I flashed it a while ago, and now its jacked.
Anyone? What gives?

i reflashed the pcm, changing every rev limiter in the rpm by gear table to 6800/6799 and it works ok now, pulls past 6200 up to 6800....so for some reason my car is thinking it is not in 2nd gear when it is. i checked with autotap, and it never leaves 1st gear?! also, after i flashed it, it started running BAD, it wanted to die at idle. i shut it down for about 2 minutes, fired up, and it runs fine. wtf!? i'm going to change the 02 sensors soon.
