Damn 2-3 shift still will not work.. Need help

Damn 2-3 shift still will not work.. Need help I am about to blow my car up......
I cannot get the car to make the 2-3 shift no matter what I change.. The car shifts fine when I am cruising around town, but when I am at the track or get on it, it holds 2nd until almost my limiter...
Is there something I am missing other than the 2 tables?
Does anyone want to take a look at my file and tell me what I am missing? I want to shift at around 6,000 rpms and I am ending up shifting at 6500rpms @ 80+ mph, when my points are set to 66 @ 4850rpms....
Let me know and I will email the file...

Re: Damn 2-3 shift still will not work.. Need help Does it feel like things just 'let go' and your motor hits the limiter, or does the car just pull all the way up?
It sounds like you've got it configured correctly. I'm thinking tranny problems, unfortunately. I have a friend who had similar symptoms - partial throttle was OK, but anything over 50% throttle and bap-bap-bap against the limiter. We dropped the pan, and ewww, what a mess.
How's your fluid look? Have plenty in there? Checked it hot, engine running?

Re: Damn 2-3 shift still will not work.. Need help The car does not hit the limiter. It pulls hard 1-2, and then seems to hold out forever until it hits the 2-3 shift. My limiter is at 6800 and I do not hit that.
I just had the tranny rebuilt about 2,000 miles ago and it did it before the rebuild. This is why I am thinking it is computer related.
I have checked the fluid (hot and cold) as well as pulling the pan to check things out. All seems well to me.
If it had not done it prior to the rebuild, then I would think it was mechanical. The car runs 11.9's but I think it has 11.7's or so in it if it would just shift sooner.
When I launch, the car puts me in my seat. The 1-2 shift happens and I am still in my seat. The car starts to settle, when the 2-3 shift occurs. Once the shift occurs it starts to pull again....
I am going to throw a stock program back in the car again to see if it makes it shift any sooner. I will post back what I find out.
