Can you get the P0410 from... Can you get the P0410 code from burnt check valves?
The car a 2001 Z06 had FLP's installed without any restrictor plates. It was driven this way for a a couple months. I then installed the restrictor plates but you can stil hear the ticking.
I've done the search and I see where it mostly would point to a faulty AIR pump. But I was wondering if burnt check valves may also throw that code. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Re: Can you get the P0410 from... Absolutley! Anything that affects it from doing it's job will generate that code. I went and looked it up. Steps 14 through about 22 specifically deal with checking inlet and outlet hoses, as well as the check valves and solenoid valves.

Re: Can you get the P0410 from... No problem, when I was in SI this morning, I was in a hurry, so I didn't post the whole process as it is a lengthy one. But like I said, pretty much 14-22 deal with said check valves.
