Autotap? Hello all,this is my first post on this board so please bear with me.
I'm considering on buying the Autotap software for Windows to read/clear codes/troubleshoot...
Due to the price though,I was wondering the Pros and Cons?
Any help would be appreciated,

Re: Autotap? 68conv400 ...Welcome to the "family"! I'm not sure if your LS1 is going into your 68', but I'm presently busy doing LS1/A4 to a 67 or 68 Camaro.
Anyway, I bid and purchased a "pre-owned" (is that what they call it today?) Autotap for LS1 on ebay for about 2/3 the price of new. Included were cable and interface with software.
Like me, perhaps the lower price will make the decision less of an issue.
I think all the issues related to Autotap are PRO.
It will aid you in diagnosing almost anything that occurs on your computer controlled car. And, if ya have some trouble interpreting Autotap data, there's plenty of pretty smart folks right here ready to help! They've already helped me out alot.
