Tuning after install!

Tuning after install! I was wondering. I just got my AFR 225 heads, .601 lift TSP cam, and a TNT 150 shot. I went with the Racetronix fuel system, do I need to go with bigger injectors? I thought 42lb. would be good. Also will I need to get a dyno tune after the install or could I just use a programmer? Thanks.
