was it the same operating system as you? best bet is to find one w/the same OS (download and check OS)

otherwise you have to do a full rewrite (risky write)

How do you find out which OS you have? Would I just try to find someone with a stock 99' file for my car?

I had to do the same thing on my 88 conversion. I downloaded the stock file and used the compare feature. Found the things that had changed and copied and pasted them to create my new "stock" bin.

edit -> Calibration details to see what OS you're running
looking for VCM OS ID, in order to write just the calibration that OS must match (except for 98s... 98s you should ONLY use your original tune or a derivative there of)
