yet ANOTHER O2 problem!!

yet ANOTHER O2 problem!! I'm doing some tuning for a friend of mine and his passenger 02 has messed up once again. We just did a head swap on the car, and now I get no reading on the o2. It sits at a constant 0mV. We checked the power wire and its getting power. Have checked the harness for any pinching,etc. and found nothing. We threw a simulator on that side and it does the same thing, 0mV. This leads me to believe that the o2 is still ok(its only about a month old). If ANYONE has any solution, I would be extremely grateful. Thanx.
