Default iam i missing out on a lot?

i have installed a tsp 233/239 cam with a tci 4000 stall with full bolt ons. i figure the only things iam still missing is gears (still have stock 3.23s), dyno tune and maybe true duals no cats. (have loudmouth w/ high flow cats now). the car runs and seems waaaayyy faster! the problem is its really rich , will buck sometimes and shifts way to soon. how much rpm am i missing out on with this cam? are 3.73 gears the best to go wth? any help would be great! also the closest place i can find near richmond va. that really knows the ls1 and can dyno tune is in charlotte. any one closer? thanks
