HPP3 ??? problem>>>>> hi guys
my car 1998 camaro A4 , 3.2.3 , SLP LM , HPP3
i have problem with HPP3 tune
the Axles it was 2.7.3
now
i install in my car 3.2.3
and no problem before HPP3 tune ,, some people say buy the HPP3 to tune the Axles and other part ...
the problem after i tune the Axles my car hit rev limter 1-2 only and 2-3 3-4 is goood >>>
i forget
my camaro when it in ( D ) it ok the rev limter no hit but only when i sit the gear in 1 the rev is hit
and when i return my car to stock tune , the car not hit rev >>>
i don't know what is this problm from the HPP3 or from my car ???

the other tune shift point and shift kit and the rev limter no problme with this tune
i try i leave all tune stock only the Axles i change to 3.2.3
when the HPP3 ask my to sit the Axles
and i but 3.2.3 the rev is hit 1-2 only
any suggestion >>>!!!!!!

The car uses MPH as part of the shifting requriements... if it's hitting the rev limiter then it's trying to shift too high... so as Chad mentioned... LOWER the shift point...

set the shift point negative number ( -1 ,-2 ....... etc ).???

HPP3 best config on shift points? yes for the 1-2 shift do -1, if it still hits too high on the rev then -2 and so on.. also have max rev limit 6200...
I think you can lower as much as -6..

btw. on my HPP3 I use +1, +2, +2 for 1-2, 2-3, 3-4.
I have all the free mods, corsa exhaust and ZR grade tires, stock engine.
Is this the best config to nail best time on 0-60 and 1/4?
