need help good day

i`m from kuwait
i`m an owner of camaro 1999
need help if my car , i wanna know whats right whats not
i bought stroker 383(ls1) from speedomotive company
with 10:1 compression in a JE piston ,Eagle forged crank and rods also
and AFR heads 225cc , it has been dynoed it the states 550 hp
FAST INTANK 75mm throttle body , intejters 55lbs , camshaft compcams with left 609 - 619, with FAST engine control unit
medwest converter , transmtion 4L60 from TC ROPPTER , TCI control transmistion , 12 bolts from strange with bogarts wheels
,
my problem is nobody know how to use the fast unit so i canceled it ,
with we made the dyno on the car it only gave me 407hp in the rear wheel
and that wasn`t expacted , they told me that it`s a naitrous engine , need to be pushed by 250 or 350 nos , is there any problem that i changed the injecters to 30lbs , i got right know a problem with the gear when i push on the car it doesn`t want to shift from 1 - 2 or 2-3
i was thinking of changing my trasmition with 3 shift gear 400
, and canseling the magna flow system and installing the X pipe for it
i know that it`s a big problem thats what i feel
but help is needed
