Default Open Loop tuning

How lean can I safely go during cruise? I'm trying to tweak my Open loop table for better mileage but don't want to melt a piston in the process.

Once I get set into OL permanently, is there anything else I should be looking at tweaking?

Also,
While looking at a log from yesterday I noticed something weird. Why does it look like my O2 sensors are turning back on for short periods and causing my AFR to go back to stoich? Seems to happens usually around idle or parked.
While in gear at a stop light, my AFR will drop down to about 13.7-14.

I couldn't get my log to post here, so heres a link to where its at.

I run 16:1 under 30kpa (idle) and 15.4 up to 70kpa.
Lean cruise can even command 17:1 or leaner! So I think you will be ok.
Just make sure you log KR and keep an eye on temp.
Also I wouldnt run lean over 70kpa.

Default tuning

you should probably research the thresholds of your engine from a qualified tuning facility and go from there...hell who knows best

I'm running around 16.5 up to 70kpa right now, so thats good.
When you say keep an eye on temp, are you talking about the engine coolant and exhaust temp?
I've actually noticed my engine coolant temp has gone down a little since running OL. Is that normal?

Ok, so what exactly is that suppose to mean?

Not too many places around here do OL tuning and none are definatly close.
