best way to find out is to get on a dyno, and start tweaking. in both cases, AFR & spark, you will want to add or subract until the engine makes it's optimum power.

i did go to the dyno jet .the A/F 14.1 and the dyno is 408rwhp&396rwqt
after tuning in dyno 11.9 A/F 389rwhp&378rwtq timing is 24*
150 wet 509rwhp&533rwtq
?????
