The fast intake and 90mm TB? also added MD coils. My cra is running worse than before the swap and the rpms go up when I come to a stop and slowly drop back down. Any help would be appreciated.

yes, you're gonna be running like up to 10% lean, because of increased airflow, so you gotta compensate for it (VE).
the idle dropping is also fixable (RAF), that's also caused by increased airflow, but at idle the computer is using different tables.
