Default HP tuners "write calibration"

I'm trying to tune my 98 with HP. So I downloaded the stock tune, modified it, did a "save as" with a new name, so I'd still have my stock tune. I know with 98 you're supposed to do a "write calibration" only (thanks to Horist). So when I go to reflash my pcm with the "NEW" tune, do I just open the "NEW" (modified version of my stock tune) and do a write calibration to the PCM? A little confused here.

Just wondering if it matters that they'll be different file names???

Thanks in advance!

So I can just do a "write calibration" with my modified file and I'm good to go?

Thanks for the response!
