Can some one tell me what these things mean??
How do they occur??

Did these codes just all of a sudden appear or was it after a mod was done to the car?
L-Terminal is indicating a charging problem I believe
Theft Deterrant is saying that it's not getting an enable signal from the ignition to turn the fuel pump on
Don't know if these are related though... fuses would be a good place to start
