3-3.8KR reading in third!? WTF!

3-3.8KR reading in third!? WTF! On a full pull i am getting KR in third only. first and second read absolute ZERO. then when i hits third the KR jumps to around 2.0-3.8 til redline. Anyone know what could be causing this?
Some sensors have had a false knock issue, not sure if it was year specific though. Put some 100 octane in and see if it goes away, it it doesnt then its probably false knock.
Edit: I noticed you have a diablo tune and have messed with the MAF. That could possibly be the cause. IMO porting/descreening is not a good idea.

I'm seeing this on my 05 GTO. In third gear I get knock from 3200-3600 of about 1-2 degrees. It because the cyclinder temperature is going up after all that work in 1st and second gear, then lugging in 3rd. It would be nice if there were timing and pe tables for each gear. Then you could really optimize the setup. Your only choice is to pull timing or add fuel, which penalizes 1st and 2nd gear.
