HELP with tuning for Nick Williams 90mm T/B..

HELP with tuning for Nick Williams 90mm T/B.. Hey guys,
We just installed a Nick Williams 90mm throttle body on my C5 w/402 LS2, and we are getting a ton of codes. From what I remember this is a pretty comon occurance. Its throwing Throttle Position circuit 1 and 2 and some other ones but I cant seem to remember which.
I tried to do a search but nothing netted me what I was looking for.
Who here has tuned a NW williams T/B??? What do I need to do to tune out these codes???
We really need some help on this cause we need to get the motor broken in right away..
NO I am not able to use an LS2 T/B. It WILL NOT fit with my application. I can ONLY use the LS1/LS1 90mm electronic T/B.
