Side effects of lazy O2's?

I've been getting p-0133 and p-0153 codes off and on for quite some time now. I'm just wondering are there any negative side effects as far as performance and gas milage issues.

less ability to trim accurately, lil bit crappier gas mileage, if you're throwing O2 codes on both banks, it will kick you into Open Loop
