With the V2 interface you will be able to upload/download tunes as well as log with the interface. You will still need a computer to adjust your tunes.

Two more things that make EFILive so great:
1) They don't screw the customer around with pre-orders and empty promises.
2) When they release a product, all the testing has been done and it works as advertised.
