most of the major problems stem from people:
- not reading the directions correctly
- shorting out the outputs to power or ground
- grounding problems from people (once again) not wiring it correctly
- there was one bad batch, and the inital run had some firmware glitches that have since been fixed
if you buy it new from someone like DynoTune that sells enough to stock the new, current ones, you shouldnt have any issues.
