VIG3600 not shifting

VIG3600 not shifting got a 2002 firehawk, stock motor and trans. Added vig 3600 stall, cant get it to shift when kick down at 60mph. Any ideas and suggestions.

1. Verify tranny Fluid Level to make sure topped off.
2. Verify shift points in your tune. With the additonal slippage of the higher stall, you may need to adjust them a little.

How do u adjust those with EFI live. I thought that i set the shift points at 5500rpm, and yet it still hits the rev limiter. which is set at 6300.?? i just dont get it
