first of all download efi live. go to their website www.efilive.com and find the link for the demo. check it out load a tune, i'll even send you mine if you want.
then see about HPTuners, they may have a downloadable demo now. or ask around for someone near you that has a tuning program, i'm sure someone does

Hang in there and keep trying. We hear the same thing from some of our customers. With all the email spam filters required these days, some of them are bound to get dropped.
Just make sure you don't have any words in your email message that might be mistaken for a spam keyword, or something will get blocked.
If all else fails, use the vendors online forum to post your question and explain that emails are not getting through

haha Just wait for the releases and check them out. I would say, in the end, try each product if you can with someone that can walk you through them, then make your decision.
