HPT Backlog:

What is the current approx backlog to get an MPVI license upgrade added from HPT from the time you order it?

last I heard they were caught up...most people are getting their new units within 7-10 business days of placing their new orders. Cant see why upgrading would be much, if any, different.

There is no backlog.

Most orders are processed and shipped between 0-2 days.

Thanks for the response, there has been times when I've recieved an additional license via email within hours, was hoping that that is where they're at now because we scheduled a car today on the dyno and I forgot and just ordered the license yesterday, my screwup.

oh. licenses are processed within hours.

Yours was already processed, if I recall. New appkey was sent to the paypal e-mail address.

Oops, I need a 3 day weekend. I think I had it and didn't know it. I mistook it because it stated "receipt" mixed in with a bunch of other receipts I received. Thanks HPT for the quick responses.
