Timing is normally advanced as RPM increases under wide open throttle.
There is a limit to how much, and at times, pulling timing as combustion
becomes more efficient can make more power.

You're going to want more timing below 4000 RPM.
Piston speed is high and cylinder filling is poor. The only time you're at that RPM is in 1st gear which means loading is relatively low, so It will want more timing.
If you're using an accelerometer that will display your MPH at the 60 ft mark, then that's a good data point to watch when adding this spark advance.
