Default Throttle Position Output Wire?

I have been searching the archives, and was able to find alot of Info. on the Throttle Position Sensor, but am unsure on my 98, if the output wire is the blue one. I'm hooking up a Zex Kit and do not want to splice into a wrong wire. Help on this would be appreaciated.

check it with a volt meter just to make sure, make sure the voltage is around .60v with the throttle closed then turn it by hand and make sure the voltage flucuates properly.
