New Motor what to scan?

New Motor what to scan? I just put a new motor in my car. What PID should I scan in Flashscan to make sure the motor A/F is safe? I do not have a WB 02 but there has got to be something I can monitor just to make sure it is not too lean and unsafe. I am not looking for the best performance just want to make sure it is running with a safe A/F. Motor specs.

Patriot LS6 heads 2.05/2.57 59cc chamber 11.3 SCR
DCR is around 8.4 to 8.5 cannot rember though.
