Posted this on external as well; Thought someone over here mght know;
I finished up my FAST intake and LS2 TB install, but when I tied to fire it up, it showed "reduced engine power" I checked for codes, and there were three
P1120
P1220
P1516
All having to somthing to do with the TP sensor. I contacted the guy I got the harness from to see if he had any ideas, (he doesn't) but if anyone else has any thoughts.
Here's an udate if it will help;
I unplugged the plug and play wiring harness from the LS2 TB, and plugged the LS1 TB back in (not mounted of course) with the original wiring harness and the codes clear (and don't return with the ignition on)
This leads me to believe that the issue is either with the wiring harness, or with the LS2 TB. The codes WILL set with the new harness just plugged into the orignial wires, but NOT plugged into the TB, if that makes any difference.Has anyone had a "bad" LS2 TB?
Any help??

Get a volt meter and check the harness on both ends to see if you have a bad connection. Also check the voltage on what would have been wire c on the original tps with the stock throttle body. Then post your findings.

I checked continuity on all wires in the harness coming from the TPS, and all had 0 resistance, and contiinuity
The voltage readings were;
Green - 5.02
Yellow - .005
Brown - .005
Pink - .018
Purple - .018
Blue - 5.11
Is it the TB???

If your installing the ls2 tb you need to hook it up as follows and ignore the colors on the adapter harness:
Pin letters on ls2 tb/oem wire colors
A/brown (stepper motor)
B/yellow (stepper motor)
c/darkgreen (TPS Sensor harness)
D/dark blue (TPS Sensor harness)
E/purple (TPS Sensor harness)
F/pink (TPS Sensor harness)
yellow and white not used (TPS Sensor harness)
yellow and white wires on the old harness are redundant wires used by gm and arent needed just tape them up.. I had to use this on both swaps let me know if it works for ya!
