when did you have the headers installed? did you knock the sensor on the drivers side of the block?
also have you checked all of your grounds?

a p0650 is a malfunction indicator lamp control circuit code. to be honest its hard to just say what the problem is, but being as i work on these cars, my best guess is either a low voltage problem, so check your battery and alternator and if those check good, put a pcm in it. when you replace the pcm make sure and check the connectors to it for corrosion. i would take it to a dealer though to be honest, if it is a pcm it gunna be under warrenty if your car is under 80k miles

well im passed warranty, so the unknown fault is NOT a mechanical problem i have some electric parts cleaner spray i might just un do the connectors on the PCM, and so forth and spray em clean. Will any PCM from a 99 M6 work? Could I get a 02 M6 PCM....i dunno they had 28lb injectors, does that make a diff?

Load testing the battery and alternator are good suggestions. definetly try those before shelling out for a new PCM.
