Yet another P0480 code, not manual fan

Yet another P0480 code, not manual fan Can anyone give me a clue on what to do with my new SES code, P0480? I know what it means, but not how to fix...I have replaceed all 3 relays, fans work, temp is normal, but i keep getting the code. I have found threads here, and other places, that involve alot of high tech stuff, that i dont have access to....does anyone have a wiring diagram to show what points are what, etc, so i can start test lighting everything...i have no idea what else to do.
i have seen some recent posts with this same code when i searched p0480, but most involve a manual fan switch,,i have not done this,,i have owned my 00 TA (used to be NastyN8's ride!) for 383 days, only drivin for 4000 miles in that time frame, SES just popped up a month ago, no mods made before the light kicked on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanx to both of you,,i have the Gear chatter info too,,with the schamatic,,but what i lack is the expensive piece of equipment to be able to run those tests. Is there something out there for the average joe to use to run this kind of test? The info states that i need to command the fans on and off,,,,i dont have that kinda thing going on, and the dealerships want 10 pounds of flesh to do it. I dont wanna pay 3 to 4 hundred dollars to find out i had a loose wire or somehting of that nature. If anybody has any suggestions on what i can buy, that wont break the bank, I would greatly appreciate it.

hhhmmmm,,,had some front end squeakage when i run my air,,,took it in to the dealership to have them check it out,,they greased up my sway bar bushings,,the squeak stopped, AND my P0480 code went away....talk about ghosts in the machine! I asked, they did not hook up a scan tool at all.....leaves me clueless but at least its gone.....for now.
