Default A/C + Cruise problems (poss BCM issue) HELP!

Ok, sorry if this in the wrong section but I seriously need help with my A/C and cruise. Neither of them work. I've been working on the A/C issue and this is what I have figured out so far:

- Low side pressure switch is working.
- No power to A/C compressor
- A/C / Cruise control fuse has power at the fuse box
- A/C Compressor relay is not energizing.
- Using jumper wires to ground terminals for relay in fuse box causes A/C compressor to turn on.
- Turning on switch for A/C has no effect other than turning the blower motor on, usually when set to max cool, the blower motor runs at a higher RPM. Switching from max to A/C doesn't have any effect.

Where do I look next? Is this a switch malfunction or something else? Also, the BCM has no codes.
