Multiple Tuners?

Multiple Tuners? I had my car tuned by Fastchip (sent them my computer) and I want to have the car tuned on the dyno. Is there much value in that? Also, if I find a local shop that can tune it while its on a dyno, can they tune it even though someone else already has? How much is a "Dyno Tune"? Fastship wanted more money than I can afford or more than I could justify. I would suspect my car is around 390-420HP at the fly wheel, is it even worth the trouble for a Dyno tune?
