Default Connection Issue

I am having a problem with my car not starting/shutting off. I traced it to a loose/bad connection at pin 37 on the blue connector, fuel pump relay. If you jiggle the wire, car will die. Similarly the car will not start unless that wire has some pressure on it and is in just the right spot.

What can I do here? I pulled the connector, all pins are as they should be, both male and female. How do I troubleshoot this?

So I went through the whole right half of the the blue harness, verified connectivity and made sure the wires weren't shorting to each other or grounding to the case. After all is said and done, the only possibility left is that the wiring harness connector simply isn't tight enough. If I wedge a small block of wood between the cowl and the pcm, the car runs flawlessly, but if I leave it free, the car will cut out based on the pressure on the connectors. Where do I go from here?
