Default Rough Startup After Cam

is it usual that the car wants to die out when you first start it up with a new cam in it? My car likes to die out for some reason (even after getting tuned). After about 15 seconds of running it idles perfectly

anyone have any ideas?

it might be usual if you have a bad tune.
If you have a good tune, then its not.. Issue is likely to be running airflow (desired airflow in efilive)
Can also be a few other things, like timing and some of the other startup parameters (cranking, initial enrichment etc) but more often than not its running airflow table.

Sounds like the initial enrichment timer considering it takes ~15 seconds to straigten out. I wonder if something is off a bit causing the PCM to throw the wrong amount of fuel.

Does it do this during a warm restart, or just a cold start?
