Default ASR turns off by itself.

Anyone hear of this? I get some strange issues. Sometimes I will be driving and the light comes on in the dash and the light turns off on the switch. But if you press the button it does nothing. It resets after I restart the car though. Is there a fix for this. All I need is to get stuck in the rain and it goes out on me.

Mine turns itself off when I start the car and I'm popping code:

C0236 "Rear Wheel Speed Signal Circuit Missing" C ($28) "Traction Control System (TCS) or Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM)"

I have also read of people getting this with larger cams:

I just did a cam but I do not have a P0121 code. I will scan it to be sure. Thanks.

The code doesn't show up as an SES light. I used EFILive to read mine.

If you just put that cam in and then this started it's probably the cam.

Right. So what needs to be changed to fix it. I see fixes for P0121 having to do with A/C and TPS but not a cam.
