I know that it is normal for the MAP sensor to read exactly 100kPa, but is it supposed to be stable throught the rpm range?

I made a few dyno pulls, and the MAP readings went up and down very fast during the single gear pull. The highest number was 97kPa, and the lowest number was 93kPa, and it bounced back and forth between the two about 30 times during the pull.

Is this normal?
