Running Rich?

Running Rich? Whats the best way to get rid of running rich, I got both sides throwing codes saying im running rich from my S/C and I need to smog the car in a week or so.
Bank 1 (P0172)
Bank 2 (P0175)
And I also have a bad cat (P0430)
I know when I get my car smogged I will have the stock intake back on minus the 36LB injectors and I will be getting a new cat next week. The car is currently dyno tuned. Would I need to get it detuned so it would stop running rich or would the stock intake do the trick?
I have a Powerdyne S/C
(yes I know they are crap but I got a good deal on it) The snail will still be on but all the piping will be coming off so it will pass visual.
