Default PCM locked, PCM in unknown state, seed not accepted ?

I get this message when I try to read the calibraton file from an '01 Corvette, it won't read or write to the PCM, what gives ?
GM just did a recall flash on it for the column lock, they don't lock PCM's now do they ?

You can email me direct, I will solve the issue for you. It is more of a Gm flaw in their software. I see it often. If you have Efilive, i can have you going in 1 minute.
