Should the IAC counts move up and down or be static at 310? Mine seem locked at 310. I thought they should be between 30-60 at idle and 120 or so at WOT. I looked the table up and the min and max are set to 310. Should I change this?

If they are locked at 310 then you either need to drill a hole in the TB or you need to replace the motor..LOL..or you need to replace your spark plugs and lean out the idle mixture..LOL(had that happen on a customers car..LOL)
way to find out is to take the IAC controls and push them around and listen to the IAC motor(with the car not running but key on....) or you can physically pull it out of the TB and watch it move when you command different values...

Can I just change the Min table to zero and the max table to 310? The Min and Max table are set to the same number right now. The strange thing is that the car idles fine.
