Default Backfiring

I'm running speed density with the mods in my signiture. I've been tuning my car with EFILive for about 5 weeks and I had it running really good. Then about a week ago my car started backfiring under load and it will backfire while idling also. I did some scanning and the only thing that I could find was that it was knocking when backfiring, but that's expected. The wideband is showing that the A/F seems to be in line, so I'm kinda stuck at where to look now. Anybody know what's going on here, or have a suggestion?

I found the problem, a cracked spark plug.

I just started using EFILive about a month and a half ago. It took me a couple of hours and I had the program down pretty good. All the tutorials on here and EFIForums helped a lot. Overall I though it was really easy to get my car running pretty good, especially now that I fixed a cracked spark plug that I didn't know I had.
