Default Lights kill my car?

I put a cam in my car about a month ago and got it tuned. Well yestarday was the first time i drove my car with the light on since Ive got it tuned, when i stoped at a stop sign i was sitting there my car started to search for idle, thats the first time it's done that since i got it tuned. Then when i hit the brakes they were really shitty and the car almost died. WTF is going on is it just a shitty tune or is something else going on.

the lights are pop ups right? then they run off of vaccum to lift and hold them up, so you have a vaccum leak +3

Our cars have motor to actuate the headlights, no vacume. It could be a vacume leak though, a scan would reveal that. It could also be a poor battery conection, or engine/pcm ground.
