Default Someone out there help me please

Okay I have a 98 Camaro SS which was a flood. I neatly pulled out the whole dash and to my surprise there's tons of wiring back there. I purchased a new dash with all the wiring air bag, steering column, and modules. I have no idea how to pull the exsisting wiring harness out b/c I don't want to screw anything up but all the wiring back there is toast. Anyone have any advice on how to guide me on doing this myself??? I do have a new engine and engine wiring harness as well so with all I have this should be fairly reasonable. HELP

Wow, that 's a big job. I always wanted to buy a flood car and try to rebuild.
First, you need a GM service manual so you will have an acurate wiring diagram, then you need to label everything that you dis-connect if you can identify it. Heater, radio should be easy, the modules and wires going to the engine and body are harder. Take your time,
identify what the harness and connectors are. You will become an expert soon. Find a good GM electric guy if all else fails.
