Default wrong place maybe? wires for CAGS

Hey, I know where the end of the wires are where they meet the transmission and you can plug in the aftermarket piece to turn that off, but where are the ther end of those two wires or where is another reasonable place to find them?

Please move this if it's in the wrong forum.

Are you looking for an alternative place to plug in/install a !CAGS resistor other than at the trans? www.installuniversity.com shows both methods, but you need to get under the car. Not sure what you're asking...hope this helps.

Yes. I'm looking for a different place to put in a resistor. Some where cutting some wires and splicing them is not going to be so exposed to the elements. I'm familiar with the install university instructions. I want to do basically the same thing, but in a different and more sheltered area.

I have friends who have done the resistor under the car years ago - still working fine.
