since you're a 98 EFI Live doesn't offer any custom operating systems for mafless (at that much boost you can't run the MAF on a stock PCM)
so your options are aftermarket PCM or HP Tuners (only company to offer a custom operating system for 98s)
If you choose aftermarket I'd go Big Stuff 3, if stock PCM HP Tuners is the best bet
