i found out today that you can only use the pp3 on the 1st car it was used even if it the tune was returned to the pp3. the guy at hypertech said it might work on another car & i told him mines the other car. i asked about resetting it & they cant do that. all they can do is put another tune in it for $250.
has anyone run into this ? the part # is 390753. its an old one

I sold mine a few years ago, just returned it to stock before selling it?

ditto... I sold mine back in 01 and was able to just restore my PCM back to stock and sell it... dunno if they changed anything (sounds like they have)
