Q about autotune
So I tried the ol' autotune.pdf today and I understood a little bit of what I was doing so I guess that's good.
Now my question is: (are)
The last section of the tutorial is "return to SD mode" Well, I don't want to use SD mode all of the time so do I just copy some tables into my regular tune?
OR
Is SD tune better because it gives a more direct way to control A/F?
I was starting to understand stuff but now I'm starting to get lost again.
ALSO,
I created a map for knock retard on rpm and MAP and the values are all tenths. (.3, .2, .4) Does that sound right? or is .1 = to 1 degree? It seems like I see more knock than that when I do it in a line graph but like I said, i'm pretty lost.
Well, at the very least, I got the WB02 set up so I guess that's something to show for the weekend. I made a pretty cool removable o2 setup that I'll post up seperately.
TIA!!!!

assuming you are refering to EFILive's AutoVE doc, I believe the last section is for returning to closed loop SD. If you do not wish to remain in SD, you will need to re-calibrate your MAF tables. MAF tuning is very much the same concept as AutoVE

Ok, so I need to recal my MAF table. If someone could tell me what tables to set up, I could probably figure it out from there.
So do I copy the main VE from the autotune into my new tune (with MAF) and then move onto calibrating the MAF?
Thanks
