Dummy question about HP tuners
Dummy question about HP tuners I've just started to scratch the surface on HP tuners. Due to some repeated and ridiculous issues with my Predator, I am seriously considering going to HP tuners.
My questions are:
- Does the base $500 package include everything I need? The cables and such? I have a WinXp laptop to use, no issue there. Seems like it comes with enough credits to do 2 of our cars.
- Whats the benefit of the wideband ($700) package? Is it really necessary if the biggest thing I'll probably do is a stall? My car will always be N/A, and there is only a very tiny chance it might see h/c. Also are there other costs outside of the more expensive license? More cables, etc?
I know these are redundant questions, and I'm sure they are findable, but I'd appreciate the head start if someone doesn't mind helping me out.

read this recent thread http://www.ls1gto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=97198 prices & options are covered there...most go with the Pro version...if you get caught sleeping & dont purchase it right off the bat & realize "Yeah I probably shouldve gone pro" later it'll run you 2x as much to upgrade later then it is to buy the better version now.
