Default How big of an affect can IFR table be?

I changed quite a bit on the car. Going from the LS1 intake and stock MAF w/ SVO 30lb injectors to the Beck SM Intake, SD Tune, and SVO 42lb injectors. had forgotten the calculations for the IFR change. so i couldn't change that so tuning didn't really matter since i'd have to change that later.

But for fun we did get the car to idle on it's own, but as soon as you step on the peddle the slightest bit, it'll die.

I'm assuming PART of it has to be the huge jump with the injectors and it just flooding the car out.

But how big of an effect could it have

Huge. You are doubling the amount of fuel the car needs to run with those injectors and the stock IFR table.

well that's good to know. just one of those little things like forgetting the calculations at work, means no car for the weekend since a buddy is helping with the HP Tuners.

I really should just by my own, haha.

it was just that I left my stuff at work, and no internet access at home.(since i spend all day at work on it) thanks for that though, i'm comparing THAT to just using the calculation that has been posted in a couple threads.

i still need to find out WHICH 42lb'ers i've got. the ones that are rated at 43.5lbs of fuel pressure or the ones that seem to be rated at 40lb's. quite a difference with that.

While not as drastic as flow volume, injector offset differences between different types (Delphi vs. SVO, for example) will through off low RPM tuning.
