hp tuner info
the program itself is pretty simple to use IMO, its having a basic understanding of engines, their parts, sensors & how they interact with one another that is what you'll need to grasp.

how much does this programmer run i want to be able to tune my car on my own laptop is that how it works and do u suggest road testing it or dyno testing, i prefer road cause its more realistic anyways i want to be able to tune other ls1 camaro/trans am 98-02 what program do i need and how much?

most vin locks are only 2 credits & 75% of which is credited towards the year locked license
most year locked licenses are either 4 or 6 credits depending on the vehicle
