What am I missing?

TUning VE on the car in my sig.....logged data with MAF fail set to 0. Modified Primary VE and downloaded to car with MAF fail still set to 0. Reset fuel trims. Put lots of miles on it and logged again, fuel trims didn't change? What did I do wrong? I have thoroughly read through the stickies above and I am pretty sure I made no mistakes. I plan on keeping my maf.

Glad the stickies say absolutely nothing about 97-00 cars needing to modify the secondary and then scale the primary.

what program are you using to tune with? Both efilive & hptuners state this in their tuning documentation included with your purchase. Which BTW both of their documention are in the stickies at the top
