P0161 Code?? SES light came on this mourning and so i went and had it checked out. The code P0161 "HO2S Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2" came up..What and where is this sensor at?

Post cat 02 codes shouldn't hurt the car/performance. Heater test is only on cold starts once per ignition cycle. Before replacing it (easy one) inspect the wires/connectors and the "ENG SEN" fuse. You're stock right?
It shouldn't have any effect on reliability or driveability. The aft cat O2 sensors are there solely to monitor the "health" of the converters. You'd throw the same code if you removed the cat.
